The application for Keychange’s Talent Leadership Programme is open now. Ambitious and visionary international managers, artists, producers, or activists who are ready to contribute to the transformative shift towards a more equitable music industry are encouraged to apply.
What is the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme?
(TLP) is a six-month training for women and gender-diverse individuals ready to lead change in the music industry. This programme equips future leaders with the tools to drive diversity, inclusion, equity and accessibility through workshops, mentoring, and hands-on projects. Participants gain practical skills, fresh insights, and the confidence to inspire change locally and globally.
Who is Keychange?
Keychange is a global network and movement working towards a total restructure of the music industry in reaching full gender equality. Keychange is a movement dedicated to accelerating change and fostering a more inclusive music industry for current and future generations.
Who Can Apply?
Women and gender-diverse individuals ready to lead change in the music industry based in Europe, the UK or Canada, with minimum 5 years experience in the music industries.
