The Dublin band unveil the final taster single to their upcoming debut album.
Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Sun Mahshene emerged in 2018, breathing new life into the Indie and Shoegaze scenes. Dubbing their sound ‘Post-Shoegaze’ for the masses, the band offer a musical journey that transcends genres, and has earned them high praise from Hotpress, BBC Radio RTÉ 2Fm and more. On their soaring new single, which is as atmospheric and nostalgic as ever, lead vocalist Nathan Henderson explains:
“The lyrics aspire to inspire the listener to rise above limitations and chase their highest aspirations. This song celebrates the courage to pursue greatness and the relentless spirit that refuses to settle for less.“
Rightfully proud of its credentials, it channels shoegaze, anthemic indie and grunge-tinged alternative rock, right to the centre of its shimmering core. As with their previous releases, ‘New Shores’ and ‘Reverie’, it also features RIDE’s Mark Gardener at the controls on mastering duties.
